Together we set off on our journey to Latvia. Over 30 ÖSM members made their way to the European Student Festival, full of anticipation.

Celine from the Vienna ÖSM reports: "It was incredibly enriching to be part of ESF! The festival showed me one of the most valuable facets of the Christian faith: it instantly connects people from different countries and cultures and creates a foundation of trust. I felt really welcome in Latvia. I was very moved when we prayed the Lord's Prayer together in our respective mother tongues one morning and sang songs of praise in canon. Experiencing all this side by side with hundreds of students was an indescribably beautiful experience for me. I realised once again that I am part of a worldwide and strong community that is united by faith in Jesus. Even now, this memory fills me with joy and I will certainly remember it long after my studies are over. Furthermore, the inspiring conversations, inputs and activities of the week have encouraged me in my personal faith life, so that I look forward to the new semester with hope and want to share this great treasure with my fellow students.
