Support for specific areas

Internship – A Foundation for the Future

Like other IFES movements, ÖSM offers its graduates the opportunity to complete a one-year internship. An ÖSM staff member supervises the interns so that they can gain practical experience in spiritual ministry. In addition, they are intentionally nurtured in faith, character, and skills through a curriculum. These experiences prepare them both for possible full-time ministry and for professional life.

Graduate/Professional Ministry

ÖSM wants to help you, as a graduate or professional, to see your profession as a calling and to live out your faith authentically in the workplace. In addition to the already established God@Work weekend and the Summer Days, we are building a dedicated professional ministry that connects and equips working people for their daily work. As a first step, we want to fully fund a 25% staff position. The concrete monthly cost is €850.

Long-term Staff

Perhaps the only constant in student ministry is change. That is why staff workers are needed to give stability to a group. They support students and student leadership teams and help shape conferences and retreats such as FORUM or Student Equip.
